GOING THROUGH my FABRIC STASH
I guess with the rain today here in Montreal I will be sorting my stash and organizing the studio . . . .(what a bore ) . . .but a quick sit down at the sewing machine . .for mending(another boring thing to do) and my mind of course wanders off to the fabric dept and a quick little hotpad is made for the 4 o'clock tea time . . .
I love making little things . . . .that finish up fast . . . .
Here I have used pieces from my 'LIBERTY of LONDON' collection of fabrics . . . while I am looking for the inspiration for a new little summer smocked dress for my little grandaughter . . . .
What a lovely collecting of fabrics to have lying around. And to make something so useful so quickly is a gift to yourself. Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. I am looking forward to spending much more time visiting my favourites once we get up to "the view".
