you have not been after the realism . . .
You have created and expressed your own emotions  . . 
 I can feel the brush strokes . . .
the wind in the clouds ,the bushes flowing in the sea breeze . . .the warmth . .
Colours are wonderful . . .yes, I dyed the wool . . .but  you chose how that went together!
