I am off to go down to the sea again . . .and  to play on the beach and make more sandcastles and collect rocks  and skip stones . . .
travelling  for next few days . . .
did I ever say that I love poetry?
Here is one of my favourites . . .

  1. Judith,
That is one of several poems I learned while in elementary school back in the dark ages. Doubt students today have to memorize any poetry but I can almost get through all of "Paul Revere's Ride" and Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven". There were also some by Ogden Nash. One favorite (not sure who penned it) was about an "elephant who tried to use the telephant. No, no, I mean the elephone who tried to use the telephone..."
Thanks for bringing back some warm memories.
